Activ4 School Tours is a specialist tour operator delivering exceptional sport, ski, performing arts, adventure, and educational school trips to exciting destinations worldwide. As we continue to grow, we\’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Travel Operations & Logistics Coordinator to join our expanding operations team.

Role Overview

This is a key operational role within Activ4 School Tours. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the logistics of international school group travel. The role offers hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of a school tour and provides an excellent foundation for a long-term career in travel operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of travel logistics, including transport, accommodation, and on-the-ground arrangements for school group tours worldwide
• Liaise with clients, international suppliers, and resort teams to ensure smooth and well-organised trips
• Act as a central point of contact for Party Leaders, providing clear guidance and responsive support
• Maintain accurate operational records and ensure all trip documentation is complete and up to date
• Work closely with colleagues across the office and remote teams to deliver a seamless client experience

• Team Player – enjoys working collaboratively and building positive relationships with colleagues, Party Leaders, and overseas partners
• Organised & Detail-Oriented – confident managing multiple trips and deadlines with accuracy
• Strong Communicator – excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in Travel & Education – enthusiastic about school travel and creating memorable experiences for young people
• Tech-Savvy – comfortable using Outlook, Word, and Excel (full training provided)
• Languages – proficiency in a second language is a strong advantage

Previous travel or logistics experience is desirable but not essential.
