Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care Manchester £35,000–£40,000 per annum Full-time | Permanent If you are an experienced domiciliary care manager who enjoys developing people, improving services and creating consistently high standards of care, this could be a strong next move. We are recruiting for an established and growing domiciliary care service in Manchester looking for a Registered Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the service. This is not simply a compliance role. You will be responsible for building a strong team, supporting carers and coordinators, maintaining CQC standards and making sure clients receive safe, personalised and reliable care. You will have the opportunity to influence how the service develops as it continues to grow, while working with clients, families, commissioners and other professionals across adult social care. What you'll be responsible for * Leading the day-to-day domiciliary care service * Developing and supporting carers and care coordinators * Maintaining CQC compliance and quality standards * Overseeing safeguarding, care plans, risk assessments, audits and medication processes * Supporting recruitment, onboarding, supervision and staff development * Building relationships with clients, families, commissioners and other professionals * Identifying areas for improvement and supporting the continued growth of the service About you * At least 2 years’ management experience in adult domiciliary care * Strong knowledge of CQC-regulated adult social care * Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care, or working towards it * Good understanding of safeguarding, Mental Capacity, DoLS and medication management * Experience leading and developing staff * Full UK driving licence What’s on offer * £35,000–£40,000 per annum * Full-time, permanent role * Supportive working environment * Professional development and career progression * Free parking * Staff/store discount If you are an experienced domiciliary care manager considering your next move, I’d be interested in speaking with you.
