For strategic reasons as well meeting increasing needs of clients, new openings have arisen for experienced lawyers (associate and senior associate). Applications at partner level are also welcomed.
The team offers a wealth of experience which is second to none. Retained by hauliers, logistics, warehousing and transports clients, the department provides a comprehensive service covering commercial, disputes, regulatory and compliance issues. The client base is diverse from OMB, to SMEs and large corporates with substantial fleets and operations in the industry.
Typical instructions include:
- Supply, Distribution and Logistics contracts.
- Storage and Warehousing Agreements.
- Corporate transactions with the sector.
- Litigation, Disputes, Liens and Insolvency situations.
- Regulatory & Compliance.
- HGV & PSV Licences.
- Driver Conduct Hearings & Prosecutions.
- HSE Investigations.
It is appreciated that dependent on the set up of your current firm, that your experience (or interest!) may not cover all areas. The team is sizeable enough and sufficient flexibility that applications are welcome from specialist transport lawyers with a distinct preference(s) in either of corporate/commercial, disputes, regulatory and compliance instructions.
