Our client is a highly successful, full-service law firm with an enviable reputation in Transport & Logistics.

New openings have arisen for experienced lawyers (associate and senior associate), and applications at partner level are also welcome.

The team offers extensive experience, serving clients in haulage, logistics, warehousing, and transportation, providing services in commercial, disputes, regulatory, and compliance issues. The client base includes OMBs, SMEs, and large corporates with substantial fleets and operations.

Typical instructions include:

  • Supply, Distribution and Logistics contracts
  • Storage and Warehousing Agreements
  • Corporate transactions within the sector
  • Litigation, Disputes, Liens, and Insolvency cases
  • Regulatory & Compliance
  • HGV & PSV Licences
  • Driver Conduct Hearings & Prosecutions
  • HSE Investigations

Experience or interest in specific areas may vary; the team is flexible and welcomes applications from specialist transport lawyers with interests in corporate/commercial, disputes, regulatory, and compliance instructions.
