Cheshire. Regional Law Firm. Requires not less than 2 years’ experience. New opening to join one of the region’s full-service law firms, which is committed to the continued growth of private client and family law services.
A sizeable, family and matrimonial team already exists, but it is incredibly busy and looking to expand. With a network of offices throughout the region, the firm is instructed by a diverse range of clients including many wealthy individuals, business owners and professionals.
You enjoy managing a diverse caseload including pre-nuptials, divorce, financial arrangements, section 8 Children Act applications, separation agreements and TOLATA cases. Ideally, you will also have experience of injunctions, protection from domestic abuse and legal aid cases.
The firm has a collaborative culture and you will enjoy working closely with colleagues in private client, property and corporate & commercial on cross‑referrals and related instructions. Salary will be based on PQE/experience. There are also enhanced benefits and the firm rewards personal performance, contribution and achievement.
