This sought-after practice is looking to expand its Real Estate Litigation team in Manchester. Acting for corporate landlords, business tenants, property investors and developers, the quality of work is excellent. The team has a wealth of expertise managing property litigation and resolving real estate disputes. The department is well structured with excellent resources in place. It is a vibrant, engaging and highly skilled environment. Lead partners have been instructed on some high-profile cases and the team is regularly instructed on complex matters with previous cases appearing before the Upper Tribunal, Court of Appeal, and the Technology & Construction Courts.
You will be engaged in managing a caseload of more complex matters. Typical instructions include:
- Forfeiture & Possession Proceedings
- Disrepair & Dilapidations
- Service Charge Recovery
- Leasehold Management Disputes
- Breach of Covenant/Contract
- Landlord & Tenant Disputes
- Injunctive Relief
