A new opportunity has arisen within the team covering complex matters with wider responsibility for supervising, mentoring and client development. The nature of the role requires not less than 5 years’ PQE within property litigation. Acting for corporate landlords, business tenants, property investors and management companies, the quality of work is excellent.
Typical instructions include:
- Forfeiture & Possession Proceedings
- Disrepair & Dilapidations
- Service Charge Recovery
- Leasehold Management Disputes
- Breach of Covenant/Contract
