The Role: Immediate vacancies exist within Property Finance at Associate and Senior Associate Levels. You will be acting for a range of clients including several banks, various lenders and commercial borrowers. The team is instructed on major projects, developments and syndicated facilities. Mainstream instructions include securitisation, commercial mortgages and loan transfers etc. You will have the opportunity to be engaged in a full range of transactions, which will involve you managing your own caseload with plenty of client contact, whilst assisting more experienced colleagues on major projects.
