Areas of Law: Child Care, Family and Matrimonial
New opening to join one of the region's full-service law firms, which is committed to the continued growth of family and private client services. A sizeable family and child care team already exists but it is incredibly busy and looking to expand. The firm is instructed by a broad range of private clients including vulnerable clients, public funded, commercial referrals and high net worth individuals.
You will enjoy managing a diverse caseload including pre-nuptials, divorce, financial arrangements, section 8 Children Act applications, separation agreements and TOLATA cases. Ideally you will also have experience of injunctions, protection from domestic abuse and legal aid cases.
The firm has a collaborative culture and you will enjoy working closely with colleagues in private client, property and corporate and commercial on cross-referrals and related instructions.
