Greater Manchester β Legal 500 firm looking to expand. Opportunity to work alongside a senior partner and ultimately lead Employment Law Services. The firm enjoys an excellent reputation servicing SME corporates and regional businesses. Already well established in corporate, real estate and commercial litigation, it is looking to further expand Employment Law Services.
Acting for businesses, employers, directors and employees. Typical instructions cover:
- Preparing & Advising on Contracts & Employment Policies
- Assisting with Compromise & Settlement Agreements
- Employment Tribunal Claims & EATs
- Supporting HR Teams
- Employment Law Updates and advising on best practice
- Restrictive Covenants and Post Termination Clauses
- Corporate Support, Restructuring & TUPE
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious, employment law specialist who is looking for leadership responsibility. The firm is well established with an enviable reputation and already enjoys a solid foundation in Employment Law Services. You will be working closely with the senior leadership team to expand the department and then lead and build a team.
The nature of the role requires not less than 2 years' PQE but above that, we are receptive to applications at all levels (including lateral hires) - which also explains the broad remuneration bandings advertised. Of equal importance to technical ability, is gravitas and ambition coupled with the personal traits to lead in a collaborative and supportive culture.
