Catastrophic Injury caseload covering complex, life-changing and often high-profile cases including brain injury, spinal injury, severe psychiatric injury, amputations, chronic pain and multiple trauma. The firm is retained by major insurers, specialist brokers, syndicates, UK corporates, global companies, government and public sector organisations.
Ideally, you will have defendant insurance experience, but applications are also welcome from claimant lawyers with experience of cases involving complex trauma.
In this role, you will receive ongoing training and mentoring from approachable partners, who are recognised experts in this field. The team is incredibly supportive of each other and you will find a highly professional and friendly culture.
Whilst many of the cases require a partner led and team-based approach, you will have the opportunity to develop your own case management skills with responsibility for relevant aspects of case progression. You will enjoy plenty of client contact and working within multi-disciplinary teams with counsel, medical and liability experts.
