A professionally managed, fullāservice law firm is looking to expand and is seeking a capable residential property lawyer to join an established firm in the North Wales area. The role will play a key part in developing conveyancing services and offers excellent career prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion.
- Handle typical instructions such as Sales and Purchase, Lettings and Leasehold matters, Transfers of Equity, Shared ownership, New Build and Mortgage and Reāmortgage.
- Develop relationships with local agents, contacts and referrers, and collaborate with colleagues in commercial, agricultural, private client and matrimonial teams.
Qualifications
- Qualified lawyer (solicitor, licensed conveyancer, CILX) or someone approaching qualification with not less than two years' relevant experience.
- Strong local reputation or relocating candidates with a desire to be clientāfacing and develop a personal profile in the region.
