Key details: Focusing on conveying and related property matters within North Wales; you will manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion.

- Sales and Purchase
- Lettings and Leasehold matters
- Transfers of Equity

You will be involved in networking and developing trusted relationships with local agents, contacts and referrers, and work closely with colleagues in the commercial, agricultural, private client and matrimonial teams.
Qualifications:
- Qualified lawyer (solicitor, licensed conveyancer, CILEx) or someone approaching qualification
- Not less than two years' relevant experience
