A professionally managed and highly successful law firm is looking to expand its Real Estate and Commercial Property Team. Applications are welcome at all levels from 3 yrs + PQE through to senior associate, legal director, lateral hire & partner level appointment.
Forming part of a larger real estate department, you will be an integral part of a cohesive and thriving team at a new and developing office. Recognised for its expertise, the department is instructed on a diverse range of property transactions and projects including all sales and purchase, leasehold transactions, regeneration & development, property finance and corporate support work.
As well as undertaking mainstream commercial property transactions, there is the opportunity to develop your career in the niche sectors of renewables energies, landed estates and rural services.
The firm is well established, full-service and enjoys an excellent reputation. It is retained by a diverse range of businesses including SMEs, corporates, property developers, hotel & leisure and retail clients. Based in the North Wales, Shropshire and Cheshire borders, the firm also acts for agricultural, landed estate and rural services some of which are engaged in agri-tech and renewable energy sectors.
