A professionally managed and progressive law firm continues to expand and is looking to appoint an additional employment law specialist.
Being a full-service practice, the Employment Team is instructed on a diverse range of instructions whilst also working closely with the corporate team on TUPE transactions and restructuring projects. The team has expertise in acting for employers and business clients, as well as advising employees, directors, and senior executives.
The quality of work is excellent, and with responsibility for managing your own caseload and client engagement, the nature of the role requires not less than 5 years' PQE. Working at a senior level with autonomy, you will also have the opportunity to develop wider managerial skills. You will be actively engaged in supporting the head of department with mentoring, supervision, training, and business development.
