Responsibilities
- Join an expanding commercial team in a regional firm headquartered in the North West.
- Provide high quality commercial contractual work with flexible working arrangements.
- Handle a wide range of commercial contracts including supply of goods and services, distribution and logistics, franchise and agency agreements, joint ventures, procurement and outsourcing, public regulation and competition law, IT software and services agreements, intellectual property and brand protection.
- Work closely with corporate and litigation teams on free-standing instructions and projects.
- Develop client relationships and enjoy substantial client contact.
Qualifications
- Not less than 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial law or related practice.
- Strong technical, client and case management skills.
- Experience with supply-chain, IT or IP transactions is desirable.
