The team is looking to expand and applications welcome at levels for openings at both associate and senior associate level A new opportunity has arisen within the team, which presents an enviable career move. The person appointed will be focusing on a range of quality instructions and advising on:
- Inquests & Coroners Court
- Court of Protection (Health & Welfare)
- Human Rights issues such as refusal, consent to treatment and care standards.
- Ombudsman investigations
- Public Law responsibilities and Regulatory obligations concerning provision of Health and Social Care
Experience in all areas is not essential.
Whilst you will have responsibility for your own caseload, the team is often instructed on complex, often high profile, cases requiring a team-based approach. Therefore looking for collaborative people with excellent communication and organisational skills.
