Typical instructions include:
- Transactions – mergers, acquisitions and disposals
- Share restructuring and re-organisations
- Incorporations & Formations
- Shareholder Agreements
- Conversions to LLPs, Employee Ownership Trusts
- Succession Planning
- Banking & Corporate Finance and Investment Agreements
