Essential is not less than 10 years' PQE in managing corporate transactions, providing exceptional client service and mentoring & supervising junior colleagues.

Retained by an interesting mix of clients (including significant corporates, SMEs and OMBs), typical instructions include:
- Transactions – mergers, acquisitions and disposals
- Share restructuring and re-organisations
- Incorporations & Formations
- Shareholder Agreements
- Banking, Corporate Finance & Investment Agreements
