Openings exist at recently qualified level (NQ-5 years) and more experienced litigators (5+ years’ PQE)
Acting for clients across various sectors (professional services, manufacturing, logistics, construction, retail and leisure), this is the opportunity to join a talented, well-structured team based in central Lancashire.
The quality of work is excellent focusing on commercial and corporate actions including:
- Breach of Contract
- Professional Negligence
- Director, Partnership and Shareholder Disputes
- Corporate Disputes, Indemnity and Warranty claims
If you have a wider interest in matters such as property litigation, IP disputes, insolvency, contentious probates and private wealth disputes, there is also the opportunity to get involved in those areas.
