There is a real diversity of instructions undertaken by the team with liability issues arising across the retail, manufacturing, transport, leisure, and entertainment sectors.New openings have arisen which will appeal to qualified solicitors and chartered legal executives at 2-5 yrs\’ pqe. Forming part of a successful and well-structured insurance liability team in Manchester, you will be engaged in a rewarding caseload of largely EL and PL matters.You will be involved in all aspects of the case and typical responsibilities and duties will include investigating liability, assessing merits, quantifying loss, conducting litigation, trial preparations, and/or reaching settlement. Whilst not exhaustive, you will be engaged in:With previous experience of litigated and defended cases, you will have responsibility for managing your own caseload whilst also assisting lead partners on complex cases.In this role, you will receive excellent mentoring and ongoing training in what is a supportive, well-humoured, and highly experienced team.
