Forming part of a cohesive legal team and working alongside insolvency practitioners, you will be very much hands on a range of restructuring projects and insolvency related transactions.

Instructions include IP appointments (administration, liquidation and receivership), corporate transactions and asset sales out of administration, security reviews, advising on voluntary arrangements etc.

Headed by leading insolvency experts and acclaimed lawyers, this is an excellent environment in which to propel your career. You will be supported and mentored whilst also being afforded a high degree of autonomy and direct involvement allowing you develop a personal profile and contacts in the insolvency sector.
