An exceptional opportunity has opened up for an ambitious insolvency and restructuring specialist to join a thriving team and play a key and pivotal role. Acting for insolvency practitioners, banks, corporates and directors, the team attracts high quality instructions including administrations, receiverships and restructuring transactions. The immediate focus surrounds non-contentious work, but if your preference is to combine with contentious insolvency & litigation, that is something that can be discussed and such applications are welcome.
