This Manchester / North West HQ firm attracts high calibre lawyers many of whom have practised with larger, Legal 100 firms. Its structure presents a unique and different proposition in the market and one which is very attractive to both lawyers and clients alike. Instructed by a diverse range of businesses and intermediaries (limited companies, substantial corporates, SMEs, OMBs, IPs, lenders, entrepreneurs and partnerships) transactions cover all aspects including sales and purchase, leasehold, corporate support and property finance. You will be responsible for leading and developing the real estate team and whilst being afforded a great deal of autonomy, you will be provided with the support of an effective leadership team and other departmental heads and teams. Gravitas, team leadership and business development skills are essential. A personal following, whilst welcome, is not a pre-requisite.
