The team (circa 15 lawyers) is recognised as top tier in the legal directories. It continually attracts sought-after clients and instructions, and you will find the quality of work is second to none.

Instructed by an interesting mix of clients (significant corporates incl. AIM listed, SMEs, OMBs, LLPs) operating across a range of industry sectors including retail, manufacturing, construction & property, professional services, transport & logistics, technology and life sciences.

Typical instructions include:

  1. Transactions – mergers, acquisitions and disposals
  2. Share restructuring and re-organisations
  3. Incorporations & Formations
  4. Shareholder Agreements
  5. Conversions to LLPs, Employee Ownership Trusts
  6. Succession Planning
  7. Banking & Corporate Finance and Investment Agreements
  8. Joint Ventures
  9. Partnership Agreements

As well as responsibility for managing your own transactions, you will be involved in supervising and mentoring junior colleagues.
