A thriving and professionally managed law firm is looking to further develop residential property and conveyancing services. The team is well-established and incredibly busy. We would be delighted to hear from lawyers who have already developed a strong reputation locally. The nature of the role requires a qualified lawyer (solicitor, licensed conveyancer, CILEX) with not less than 2 years’ relevant experience. You will enjoy a client-facing role with responsibility for managing your own caseload from instruction through to completion. Typical instructions include:
- Sales and Purchase
- Lettings and Leasehold matters
- Transfers of Equity
- Shared ownership
- New Build
- Mortgage and Re-mortgage
