Commercial Property & Agricultural Affairs Solicitor Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 Ref: 56892/2TML Location: Cheshire Areas of Law: Agricultural, Commercial Property/Real Estate Job Type: Permanent Level: 4-6 years qualified, 2-4 years qualified Sector: Private practice This Cheshire based law firm enjoys an outstanding reputation for quality of service and expertise. As such, the partnership attracts high level instructions and is retained by an impressive set of clients including a diverse range of commercial businesses as well as agricultural organisations and land/estate owners. Managing a diverse range of transactions, the nature of the role requires not less than 2 years’ PQE in real estate transactions. Experience of agricultural lands transactions is desirable, but we would be happy to consider applications from pure commercial property specialists who are interested in developing their skills in this area. Typical instructions undertaken by the team include: Acquisitions and Disposals Landlord and Tenant (commercial occupancy) Land registration and title Rights of way, easements and wayleave agreements Water supplies and drainage Planning controls and Building Regulations Telecommunications masts and windfarms Acquisition & Disposals of Farming Business Diversification of use of Farm Land Farm Partnership Agreements This is an exceptional opportunity with unrivalled prospects for an ambitious solicitor with excellent client-facing skills.
