New openings, the nature of which are likely to appeal to medical negligence lawyers with up to 8 yrs\' PQE.

Applications are welcome from Newly Qualified Solicitors with relevant experience.

As well as managing your own caseload, you will have the opportunity to further develop your expertise in assisting highly experienced lawyers on more complex and high value loss files. The team enjoys an enviable reputation and attracts excellent quality instructions covering all aspects of healthcare and clinical negligence litigation.

You will be engaged in an interesting range of litigated cases including failure, delay and misdiagnosis claims across various medical disciplines such as:

  1. Emergency Services Treatment
  2. A&E
  3. Surgery
  4. Oncology
  5. Cardiology
  6. ENT
  7. Respiratory & Anaesthesia
  8. Paediatrics
  9. Obstetrics and & Gynaecology
  10. Orthopaedics & Amputation
