Responsibilities
A new opportunity has arisen in the Regulatory team, which is likely to appeal to lawyers at the NQ – 5 years' PQE level. You will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload where appropriate and be supported by lead partners in developing your expertise when assisting with more complex cases. Engaged in all aspects, you will be involved with:
- Acting for and representing clients at inquiries, tribunals, police station interviews etc.
- Providing advice to a broad range of clients on regulatory matters affecting their business and operations
- Supporting clients with policy, training and frameworks to ensure compliance
Ideally you will have experience in advising and representing commercial clients faced with prosecutions from regulators such as HSE, Food Standards, Local Authorities, Environment Agency etc. We would be delighted to hear from candidates with experience in Transport and/or Environmental prosecutions.
