Acting for corporate landlords, business tenants, property investors and pension companies, the quality of work is excellent. The team has a wealth of expertise managing property litigation and resolving real estate disputes involving both commercial and residential properties. The department is well structured with excellent resources in place. It is a vibrant, engaging and highly skilled environment. Lead partners have been instructed on some high-profile cases and the team is regularly instructed on complex matters with previous cases appearing before the Upper Tribunal, Court of Appeal, and the Technology & Construction Courts.
Due to expansion, superb opportunities have arisen at Solicitor and Associate Levels. The nature of these roles will appeal to those with up to 6 years PQE. For the other vacancy, applications welcome at NQ Level with relevant experience.
You will be engaged in managing a caseload of more complex matters. Typical instructions include:
- Forfeiture & Possession Proceedings
- Disrepair & Dilapidations
- Service Charge Recovery
- Leasehold Management Disputes
- Breach of Covenant/Contract
- Landlord & Tenant Disputes
- Injunctive Relief
