New opportunities have arisen within the Property Litigation team. The nature of the roles requires not less than 2 yrs PQE and likely to appeal to ambitious associates with 2-6 yrs' PQE. Recognised for its expertise in various legal directories, the team is instructed by a diverse and impressive portfolio of clients. These include Commercial and Residential Landowners, Developers, Landlords (industrial, retail, leisure) and Commercial Tenants. The head of department enjoys an enviable reputation in this niche area.
You will be engaged on an interesting range of contentious property matters and NOT be pigeonholed to a certain work or client type.

The team works well together as a cohesive unit and collaborates with the Corporate, Insolvency and Real Estates Team.
