The Insolvency & Restructuring team has expertise in advising companies, individuals, creditors, debtors, directors and other stakeholders. Typical instructions include:
- Bankruptcy & Liquidations
- Individual Voluntary Arrangements
- Director Disqualification Act Proceedings
- Breach of Statutory Disputes
- Receiverships
- Creditor Claims and Antecedent Transactions
You will also have the opportunity of working closely with colleagues in the corporate department undertaking insolvency related transactions and restructuring.
