Typical instructions include:

  • Transactions – mergers, acquisitions and disposals
  • Share restructuring and re-organisations
  • Incorporations & Formations
  • Shareholder Agreements
  • Conversions to LLPs, Employee Ownership Trusts
  • Succession Planning
  • Banking & Corporate Finance and Investment Agreements
  • Joint Ventures
  • Partnership Agreements
