Highly successful regional law firm is looking to expand the Insolvency & Restructuring Team. Applications are welcome at associate and newly qualified level. The structure of the team and nature of the role will appeal to someone ambitious. Reporting directly to the Head of Department, you will relish the opportunity of being given responsibility and plenty of client contact.

Responsibilities:

  • Be involved in all aspects of both contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters. If you have focused in just one area to date, you should be open to developing and broadening your skills.
  • Interact with insolvency practitioners (administrators, liquidators, receivers, supervisors or trustees in bankruptcy), creditors, lenders, businesses & companies, directors and individuals on a diverse range of matters.
  • Manage and develop relationships with clients and referrers; contribute to client and referral relationships and business development for the team.
  • Work as part of a growing team with direct involvement in client contact and case management.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Areas of Law: Debt/Finance/Recoveries, Commercial Litigation/Dispute Resolution, Insolvency/Corporate Re-structure.
  • Insolvency & Restructuring experience or focus; willingness to develop broader skills if currently specialized.
  • PQE guidance is provided as a guideline to competences and salary; open to applicants at Newly Qualified, 0-2 years, or 2-4 years qualified levels.
