New openings have arisen in the Family Team at both associate and a more experienced supervisory level. This department offers a wealth of expertise across all aspects of Family and Matrimonial Law acting on instructions for both legally aided and private fee-paying clients.
We would be delighted to hear from solicitors and legal executives who have experience in acting for legally aided clients in matters such as domestic abuse, non-molestation orders, and associated children applications.
Moving forward, there is an opportunity to manage a wider range of cases including private fee-paying divorce and ancillary relief.
Team members are encouraged to play an active role in networking. For example, the family team is well connected with local support groups, charities, refuges, and local authorities.
