A highly-regarded Employment Team is looking to expand. The nature of the role will appeal to recently qualified solicitors and applications are welcome at newly qualified level.
Retained by a diverse range of clients (large corporates, SMEs and individuals), you will be engaged and develop expertise across all areas of Employment Law. Where appropriate, you will be given responsibility to manage your own cases whilst also supporting partners on more complex and challenging matters.
- Tribunal claims (discrimination, unfair dismissal and whistleblowing)
- Terminations and exit negotiations
- Strategic advice and support to HR managers
- Contract and policy drafting
- Providing training and advising on employment law changes
The Employment and Corporate teams work closely together on TUPE transactions, restructuring and redundancy instructions.
