A new opportunity has arisen for a corporate specialist to join the dynamic and cohesive team based in Leeds. You will enjoy plenty of client contact with responsibility for managing your own caseload as well as assisting lead partners on major transactions. The nature of the role requires not less than 2 yrs' PQE or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities:
- Management buy-outs and buy-ins
- Mergers and Acquisitions
- Shareholder changes and redistribution
- Share sales and purchases
- Acquisition and disposal of assets
- General company advice, incorporations
