IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Champion Cross-Selling: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within our UK customer base, increasing adoption of additional products and features.
  • Build Lasting Relationships: Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with key stakeholders, understanding their unique challenges and spotting ways to add value.
  • Leverage Partner Networks: Collaborate with strategic partners in the legal sector to drive mutual revenue and growth.
  • Devise Tailored Sales Strategies: Design bespoke campaigns to maximise cross-sell potential, ensuring our customers always see the full value of Actionstep’s solutions.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Account Management, Customer Support, Marketing, and Product to deliver a seamless and rewarding customer experience.
  • Stay Product-Savvy: Keep abreast of new product features and industry trends to match evolving client needs with the right solutions.
  • Own the Pipeline: Track opportunities in Salesforce, provide timely updates, and manage your sales funnel with precision.
  • Delight Customers: Ensure any concerns are resolved quickly and professionally—making every interaction a chance to reinforce our commitment to customer success.
  • Achieve (and Smash) Targets: Meet or exceed cross-selling targets, driving significant revenue growth from our existing client portfolio.

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven Sales Track Record: You’ve excelled in a SaaS/technology sales environment, hitting or exceeding ambitious targets.
  • Legal Tech Exposure: Familiarity with the legal sector (practice management software or legal accounting) is a plus.
  • Relationship Guru: You excel at forging strong relationships—winning trust from entry-level users to senior decision-makers.
