Customer Liaison Officer (CLO) required for Essex-based gas company on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting to and working with our Customer Relationship Manager, the CLO’s duties will include:
- Regular travel to our sites (located in areas such as London, Kent, Brighton, Southampton and Portsmouth – valid driving licence required for company vehicle).
- Monitoring customer enquiries and complaints to ensure they are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Helping to identify vulnerable customers, referring them for additional support services and checking in with them throughout our works.
- Offering alternative heating & cooking appliances to vulnerable customers on disconnection days.
- Carrying out Customer Service Assessments.
- Carrying out site visits with our client’s customer service department.
- Attending the client’s quarterly customer forum meetings and producing PowerPoint slides to be presented at these meetings.
- Attending the client’s monthly contract performance review meetings to discuss and update on customer service issues.
- Explaining to residents the importance of returning their customer satisfaction surveys and helping to implement improvements to increase scores.
- Communicating with colleagues regularly.
The working hours are 8.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday, and the salary will be dependent on experience. To apply, please submit your CV and a covering letter.
