What You’ll Do:

As a Project Manager at ActionRocket, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to manage projects using Asana, a project management tool, to streamline workflows, track progress, and facilitate effective communication among team members. You will work closely with cross-functional squads, including Designers, Strategists, Account Managers, Developers, Copywriters, and clients, to deliver high-quality creative work on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and budget constraints. Create detailed project plans in Asana, including task lists, dependencies, and deadlines.
  • Task Assignment: Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and availability. Ensure clear task descriptions and expectations, and manage task priorities to optimise project efficiency.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate with Squad Leads to allocate appropriate resources, such as designers, copy, and other creative professionals, to projects as needed.
  • Timeline Management: Monitor project timelines in Asana to ensure tasks are completed on schedule. Identify and address any potential delays or roadblocks.
  • Budget Tracking: Track project expenses and ensure that projects stay within budget. Communicate any budgetary concerns to the client or relevant stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the agency's quality standards and align with the client's expectations. Conduct quality reviews and revisions as needed.
  • Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, status reports, and project files, in Asana for future reference and audit purposes.
  • Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and positive working environment within the project team. Encourage open communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices and new features in Asana to optimise project management processes. Suggest and implement improvements to streamline workflows.
