Action Link is seeking a Full‑Time Retail Electronics Merchandiser to join our team for Northridge, CA and the surrounding area.
Responsibilities
- Store Visits: Complete projects at major retail establishments within an assigned radius territory.
- Purpose: Turn shelves into sales magnets by ensuring proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional displays.
- Clients: Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T‑Mobile, Dyson, Bose, Intel, and many others.
- Scheduling: 32‑40 hours per week with flexible Monday‑Friday 8:00 am‑5:00 pm; no weekends or evenings required.
- Additional Opportunities: Chance to cover a larger region or other states for additional hours.
- Reporting: Submit same‑day digital surveys with feedback and pictures after each store visit.

- Independence and Teamwork: Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a small team when needed.
- Tech‑ready: Internet access, Wi‑Fi/GPS‑enabled smart device with latest OS, laptop/desktop access, and basic hand‑held tools.
- Travel Ability: Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
