Join ActioNet as a Site Technician supporting enterprise IT operations in a dynamic environment. This role requires an active Secret Clearance and hands-on experience with troubleshooting, networking, and Microsoft technologies.
Locations: Germany, UK, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Turkey, Bahrain, France, Greece
Security Clearance: Secret (US Citizenship required for eligibility)
Basic Qualifications:
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair client computing devices and peripherals
- Install and troubleshoot networking equipment including switches and wireless access points
- Manage users and endpoints using Microsoft Active Directory and endpoint management platforms
- Administer and support Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365 environments
- Utilize Microsoft PowerShell to automate administrative tasks
- Use IT service management (ITSM) ticketing systems to track incidents and service requests
- Active Secret Clearance
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE) or equivalent baseline cybersecurity certification
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with endpoint configuration management platforms (e.g., SCCM/MECM)
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and Intune
- 1–3 years of experience in an IT-related field
