ActionAid UK is looking for a strategic, creative, and values‑driven Head of Acquisition to lead our supporter recruitment programme and help grow a powerful movement for gender justice. In this pivotal role, you’ll shape and deliver an ambitious multi‑channel acquisition strategy spanning digital, DRTV, F2F and more. You’ll lead a talented fundraising acquisitions team, drive innovation, champion feminist values, and ensure our fundraising campaigns are impactful, insight‑led and aligned with our mission.
