What you’ll do
- Plan, organize, and execute company events and HR initiatives end‑to‑end, from concept and logistics to delivery and post‑event evaluation.
- Participate in the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring we hire top talent aligned with our values.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee experience and promote engagement at all levels.
- Conduct comprehensive onboarding and orientation sessions to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
- Address employee relations matters by providing guidance and support to employees and managers.

- Continuously assess and improve HR policies and procedures to boost organizational effectiveness.

- Support HR Operations, including drafting and maintaining APIs (policies, processes, and internal documentation) to support clarity and consistency.

Requirements
- Previous experience in end‑to‑end event management, including planning, coordination, execution, and post‑event follow‑up for company or HR‑related events.
- Demonstrated experience as an HR professional specializing in recruitment and enhancing employee experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adept at collaborating effectively in international teams with peers, management, and colleagues across various departments.
- Strong organizational abilities, capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in HR best practices and a sound understanding of relevant legislation.
