As we embark on our journey of rapid growth, we are seeking a passionate Senior HR Business Partner to join our empathetic and data‐driven HR team. You will play a central role in building a strong, engaged, and high‐performing team. Your mission will be to recruit top talent and establish a foundation for their success and fulfillment. Collaborating closely with peers, management, and colleagues across departments, you will nurture a supportive and collaborative work environment.

What you'll do

  • Plan, organize, and execute company events and HR initiatives end‐to‐end, from concept and logistics to delivery and post‐event evaluation.
  • Participate in the end‐to‐end recruitment process, ensuring we hire top talent aligned with our values.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee experience and promote engagement at all levels.
  • Conduct comprehensive onboarding and orientation sessions to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
  • Address employee relations matter by providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Continuously assess and improve HR policies and procedures to boost organizational effectiveness.
  • Facilitate professional development and training opportunities that empower employees to grow and excel.
  • Support international compensation & benefits, ensuring fairness, competitiveness, and compliance across regions.
  • Organize and coordinate company events and HR‐related initiatives.
  • Support HR Operations, including drafting and maintaining APIs (policies, processes, and internal documentation) to support clarity and consistency.
  • Apply a strong analytical and structural mindset, with an obsession for building, improving, and optimizing HR frameworks and processes.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in end‐to‐end event management, including planning, coordination, execution, and post‐event follow‐up for company or HR‐related events.
  • Demonstrated experience as an HR professional specializing in recruitment and enhancing employee experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adept at collaborating effectively in international teams with peers, management, and colleagues across various departments.
  • Strong organizational abilities, capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in HR best practices and a sound understanding of relevant legislation.
  • Proactive and solution‐oriented mindset, dedicated to fostering a supportive and thriving workplace environment.
  • Proficient in HR software and tools for recruitment.
