Position Summary

We are looking for a skilled HubSpot Administrator to manage and optimize our HubSpot platform, including building responsive HTML email templates and landing pages that meet brand and marketing goals. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in HubSpot (workflows, CRM management, reporting) and front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript), making it a hands-on role that combines CRM administration with creative development.

What you’ll do

  • HubSpot Administration
    • Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM platform (primarily Marketing Hub), ensuring data accuracy, user roles, permissions, and custom properties.
    • Develop and manage workflows, lead scoring, automated email campaigns, and lifecycle stages.
    • Monitor platform performance and integrations (Salesforce, Zoom, etc.) to ensure seamless operations.
    • Train and support internal users on HubSpot best practices.
  • Email & Landing Page Development
    • Design, build, and test responsive HTML email templates that meet brand guidelines and work across all major email clients.
    • Develop conversion-optimized landing pages within HubSpot using HubSpot CMS and HubL (if applicable).
    • Collaborate with design and content teams to implement assets and ensure consistency in layout, formatting, and usability.
    • A/B test emails and landing pages to improve engagement and conversion metrics.
    • Ensure compliance with email deliverability standards, accessibility, and GDPR/CCPA regulations.

What we are looking for

  • 2+ years of experience working with HubSpot (Administrator-level preferred).
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive email design.
  • Experience creating and managing HubSpot forms, CTAs, lists, campaigns, and workflows.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM data structure, and lead lifecycle management.
  • Experience using HubSpot CMS and familiarity with HubL templating language (a plus).
  • Solid understanding of email deliverability best practices and cross-client rendering.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience with JavaScript, Figma, or design-to-code workflows.
