Pay: £35,000 to £50,000 p.a depending on experience
Typical Hours: Approximately 40 - 47 hours per week

About Us:
Action Wall Ties Ltd is an established specialist structural repair company with over 25 years' experience, working on residential and commercial properties throughout London and the South East.
We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Construction Worker / Builder to join our team and train in our specialist structural repair methods.
Previous structural repair experience is not required. We are looking for someone with a good general building or masonry background, practical ability and, most importantly, the willingness to learn and develop.
Multi-Skilled Construction Worker / Builder - The Role:
Working as part of a small specialist team, you will receive training in a wide range of structural repair techniques. xgikmsk
Career Progression includes Skilled Structural Repair Operative to Senior Operative to Team Leader.
Our projects are located throughout London and the South East, so the role involves daily travel and early starts, typically around 5:00 – 6:00 a.m.
Multi-Skilled Construction Worker / Builder – The Responsibilities:
- Brickwork and masonry repairs
- Masonry realignment and repointing
- Structural reinforcement and masonry strengthening
- Installation of structural restraints and anchors
- Diamond drilling and specialist fixing
- Concrete repairs
- Operating specialist structural repair equipment
