Action Wall Ties are seeking Multi Skilled Construction Workers with some experience in building work, structural repairs and alteration works to join them.

Location: Canterbury, Herne Bay, or Thanet, with daily travel to London and the South East.

Salary: Competitive and Negotiable (Based on Experience).

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.

Multi Skilled Construction Workers - The Role:

We’re looking for experienced Multi-Skilled Construction Workers to join our Canterbury-based team. You’ll work on structural repairs and masonry reinforcement projects, receiving training in our specialized methods.

Multi Skilled Construction Workers - Responsibilities:

  • Brick cutting, replacement, and small-scale repairs
  • Masonry realignment and re-pointing
  • Installing bed joint reinforcement, lateral restraints, and anchors
  • Drilling masonry (including diamond drilling) and concrete repairs
  • Working in small teams on early shifts (starting 5 a.m.) with daily travel to London and nearby counties

Multi Skilled Construction Workers - Requirements:

  • Basic experience in brickwork, masonry repair, or general construction
  • Familiarity with building site environments and safety protocols
  • Full, clean driving license (company van provided)
  • Resides in Canterbury, Thanet, Herne Bay or nearby areas
  • CSCS card (we can assist with obtaining this if needed)
