Location: Canterbury, Herne Bay, Thanet, Deal (Kent)
Hours: Permanent, Full-Time

Structural Brickwork Operative – The Role: We are now recruiting Brickwork / Multi-Skilled Operatives to train in specialist masonry reinforcement techniques. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with brickwork, masonry, or general construction experience who want a long-term, stable role with real career development.
Structural Brickwork Operative – Key Responsibilities: You will work as part of a small team, carrying out external refurbishment and structural reinforcement works, including:
- Cutting out and replacing damaged bricks using powered breakers
- Completing small brickwork repairs
- Raking out bed joints using powered wall chasers
- Drilling masonry (including diamond drilling) and installing structural ties and anchors
- Carrying out concrete repairs
- Working alongside masonry refurbishment operatives and labourers
- Travelling daily to sites in London and the Home Counties
Structural Brickwork Operative – Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in brickwork or masonry refurbishment
- Able to work well within a team
- Takes a responsible approach to health & safety
- Holds a valid CSCS card (or willing to obtain)
- Full clean driving licence
Structural Brickwork Operative – Training Provided:
- Wall tie installation
- Bed joint reinforcement
- Lateral restraint installation
- Use of access platforms / MEWPs
- Health & Safety procedures
