Early Break is seeking a Young People’s Specialist Substance Use Worker to deliver 1:1, face-to-face support to young people and their families. You will assess needs, develop SMART care plans, and provide tailored interventions within community settings, with some evening and weekend sessions.
You will liaise with partners, contribute to safeguarding and after-care planning, and maintain accurate records using our database. Closing date: 5 November 2026.
